We want you to love your sustainable essentials, but if things don't work out, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like underwear can only be returned if the safety seal remains intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original organic cotton bags and shipping box, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
